Guarniflon is taking PTFE large-scale manufacturing to a new dimension.

We are proud to announce a major new project aimed at expanding our capabilities in the moulding and sintering of large-diameter PTFE tubes, with diameters of up to 3 meters.
The new production technology is scheduled to become operational from the end of 2026/beginning of 2027 and will enable Guarniflon to manufacture large PTFE components specifically engineered for the production of special sealing solutions for demanding industrial projects.
Among the most strategic applications are projects related to the hydrogen infrastructure and distribution, where sealing materials must combine outstanding chemical resistance, low permeability, dimensional stability and long-term reliability under challenging operating conditions.
The new moulding and sintering technologies will be installed at Guarniflon India Pvt. Ltd., strengthening the company’s position as a strategic manufacturing hub within the Guarniflon Group.
This investment comes at a particularly important moment for Guarniflon India, which is experiencing strong and sustained growth, not only in the Indian market but increasingly across international markets.
With this project, Guarniflon continues to invest in PTFE technology, manufacturing capabilities and innovative sealing solutions for the industries of tomorrow.
