API 6A APPROVAL FOR GUARNIFLON G400-G418 GRADES

We have the pleasure to inform that following Guarniflon grades:

G400 (virgin PTFE)
G418 (PTFE+15% glass fiber + 5% Mos2)
G500 (modified PTFE)
G453 (PTFE + 25% carbographite)

have been approved according to API 6A - American Petroleum Institute - norms, one of the most strict regulation very much widespreaded for Oil&Gas applications. The high quality of Guarniflon products has been once again rewarded for critical Oil & Gas applications such as wellhead and christmas tree equipments. Guarniflon is taking PTFE large-scale manufacturing to a new dimension.

We are proud to announce a major new project aimed at expanding our capabilities in the moulding and sintering of large-diameter PTFE tubes, with diameters of up to 3 meters.

We are proud to announce that two breathers from the AIRBR413 class, specifically AIRBR413-1 and AIRBR413-3, have been approved and listed in three key Boeing specifications: BAC5657, BAC5578 and BAC5317.
