PTFE G673

Le compound G673 est un nouveau produit breveté, où la base en PTFE a été améliorée par une charge spéciale, capable de conférer des finitions spéciales de surfaces, en particulier de glissement après l’usinage, absolument supérieure par rapport aux valeurs obtenues avec l’utilisation d’une charge d’aciers standards.
Créé avec l’utilisation d’une charge spéciale en Inox 316L, notre G673 redéfinit les standards des compounds de PTFE en termes de résistance, dureté, d’élasticité, durée et état de surface.

THE MAIN PROPERTIES OF INDUSTRIAL PLASTICS & MACHINE POROUS PTFE

Porous PTFE grades are produced from suspension PTFE powders and specifically they are a mixture of different particle size distributions and hardness degrees to achieve the desired level of porosity.
Taking advantage of the up-to-date technologies and know-how used to process sintered PTFE products, Industrial Plastics & Machine has developed different grades of porous PTFE with the following main properties:

Compounded PTFE materials with bronze. carbon. graphite or other fillers are designed to enhance properties such as:
